The Fishing Station online store is open 24/7, 365 days per year – so you can shop and place orders online, at any time.
When placing an order via this website, you are in effect making an offer to purchase a particular product/s for the price/s shown plus any other related charges (i.e. shipping etc).
Shortly after placing your order on our website or by phone, you will receive an email confirmation of your order.
All prices shown on this website are in Australian Dollars (A$) and include GST.

Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately, preferably by phone. As we ship on a daily basis, we may not be able to cancel your order prior to dispatch. If this is the case, unfortunately we will need to charge you the cost of delivery, and the cost to have the parcel returned to us.
We operate a pre-paid system and goods are only shipped upon receipt of full payment.

The Fishing Station website is a safe and secure shopping environment. No credit card details are stored on our website. For credit card payments, we utilise the services of Stripe, a major global e-commerce payments provider. Stripe employ the latest in online encryption protocols, ensuring your card details are protected at every step of the transaction process.
All card transactions through Stripe are also verified using the 3DSecure network. This may require the cardholder to enter a code sent to their phone to confirm the card is in their possession.
Payments made via Paypal, Zippay and Afterpay are processed through their online systems, also employing the highest encryption protocols available today.
Due to the risk of online fraud, orders placed via Credit Card or Paypal may be subject to additional verification checks. We may contact you to assist in verification of your order and account. We utilise various procedures to ensure protection for the Cardholder. These processes include asking the cardholder to provide evidence of the transaction on their internet bank statement listing, refunding a small amount to the card and requiring you to confirm this amount, confirmation using a driver’s license, or verification over the phone.
Fishing Station reports all attempted credit card fraud immediately to ACORN – Australian Cybercrime Online Reporting Network.
Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure our stock levels are accurate, discrepancies do occur due to our stock being live on our shop floor at any time. Should an item be out of stock at the time of picking an order, you will be notified, and we will attempt to source new stock from our supplier immediately.

Damaged Goods Received
If your parcel has sustained any visible damage on delivery and the contents may be damaged, you must advise us by phone or email within a few hours of the delivery occurring. Insurance claims cannot proceed if the time lapses beyond this, and Fishing Station will not be responsible to replace the items.
We do our best to keep our web site both updated and accurate. Product descriptions, images and associated information changes from time to time and in some instances our site may not reflect the most accurate information. In rare circumstances, the actual product we have in-store may differ from the advertised product online.
