Alex and wife, Dina started Fishing Station as a little "corner store" in Frenchs Forest to which was quickly outgrown. A year later the team moved to a much larger location in Mona Vale to account for more premium products, rigging stations, bait, rod & reel repairs and a dedicated e-commerce team. Being one of Sydney's premier fishing stores it has become the local "hub" for all things fishing and now with a growing e-commerce space the Fishing Station service and products are reaching the rest of the country and the world! In addition to the store Alex has a dedication to fishing as a sport and recreational activity and is a proud supporter of local fishing clubs and is always working with other stakeholders to ensure fishing continues to grow investing time and resources to young anglers, fishing guides, movements against banning fishing and more.
