Father’s Day Photo Competition – Terms and Conditions

1. The competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
2. To enter, submit your photo through the official competition form on the Fishing Station website.
3. Entries sent through social media, email, private message or any other method will not be accepted.
4. The competition opens at 12:00 am on Sunday, 9 August 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm on Wednesday, 2 September 2026.
5. Entries received after the closing time will not be included.
6. Three winners will be selected at random on Thursday, 3 September 2026.
7. Each winner will receive one Fishing Station prize pack valued at approximately $300.
8. A total of three prize packs will be awarded to three separate winners. Each person can only win one prize.
9. Winners will be contacted using the details provided with their entry. If a winner does not respond within 14 days, Fishing Station may select another winner.
10. Entrants must only submit photos they have taken themselves or have permission to use.
11. Entrants must have permission from anyone clearly shown in the photo. If a child appears in the photo, permission must be provided by their parent or guardian.
12. By entering, entrants give Fishing Station permission to share their submitted photo on the Fishing Station website, social media, emails and other promotional material relating to the competition.
13. Fishing Station may remove any entry that is inappropriate, offensive, misleading or does not meet these Terms and Conditions.
14. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
15. Fishing Station is not responsible for entries that are incomplete, submitted incorrectly or not received due to technical issues.
16. By entering the competition, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
