Ripplefisher started from a simple request from a commercial fisherman.
There were fish that he couldn’t stop and needed a powerful tenacious rod to help him land the fish. This specially designed rod was Ripplefisher's beginning.
Although the big game fishing in the salt-water scene was not as major as it is today, Ripple Fisher strived to produce deep jigging, GT, and other big game rods. 

Creating a "strong rod" is the goal, however no matter the strength of the rod, if an angler cannot control it, the rod's true power cannot be achieved. The rod's potential will only be seen with well balanced settings to not take away from the angler's concentration, and when anglers can comfortably and confidently place trust in a rod blank by loading their whole weight on the rod to fight the monstrous fish on the other end.

Seeking to merge together conflicting factors of "specialised performance" and "user-friendliness", Ripplefisher continues to integrate new material and settings to further their experience in the rod-manufacturing world.
