The warm water off Sydney has turned on the sports fish with plenty of blue marlin being caught as well as tropical visitors like shortbill spearfish and wahoo. Still plenty of pelagics being caught inshore and our beaches are producing some big fish with mulloway, sharks and XL tailor in the mix.

Warm water off Sydney has resulted in some good catches of blue marlin with a few tropical visitors in the mix like big wahoo and shortbill spearfish as by catch. These fish have been taking a range of skirted lures so it's best to have run a few varieties in your spread.

Bonito are in plagues, solid back tuna to 4kg are taking lure and fly as well as salmon, kings, tailor and large frigate mackerel. Overall the fishing in the harbour and Pittwater has been amazing
