Pre-Made Game Rigs
Here at Fishing Station we pride ourselves on our passion for game fishing, a past time that is shared among many of the senior employees of the store. As such, we offer a range of in-house made game fishing rigs that consist of quality terminal tackle, leaders and hooks, to put up with the stresses encountered when battling large pelagic species.
Both lure and bait rigs are available, the former being specifically designed to work with game fishing lures that we sell. Trophy Hunter Profidgie hook rigs with leader options that can be decided by you, as well as a range of skirted trolling lure rigs made with a variety of hook patterns matched to adequate leader weights to suit your target.
Our bait rigs are made for both live and dead baits. Fluorocarbon leaders with pre-tied circle hooks for Marlin live baiting. J-Hook rigs for tuna cubing. Double hook sliding rigs when targeting inshore king fish with squid baits. Weighted mackerel rigs for trolling garfish, slimes or mullet. Wire and circle hook sharking rigs. Or multi-hook deep dropping rigs when targeting deep water demersals for a feed. We have an extensive range of rigs that you can be sure we would confidently use ourselves, and we do!
