Fishing Report - Friday 7 August
Excellent sport fishing off Sydney and greater waters at the moment. Plenty of reports of Tuna south of Browns, with wind and charts looking great for this weekend.
Plenty of Kingfish in Sydney waters, moving daily from inshore to offshore. Bait fishing is productive but make sure you are using smaller jigs.
Offshore - Fishing Station
Yellowfin and Bluefin Tuna being caught south of Browns. Wind and charts look great for the weekend, wouldn't be surprised if more reports keep coming through. More fish being caught on the troll.
Shoalhaven - Craig McGill
Had a great trip fishing with my nephew, Jok, on the Shoalhaven chasing stonker winter bream but getting plenty of bass ant EPs too. Most of the action was on Prolure clone prawns downstream of the Nowra bridge.
Sydney Harbour/Sydney Offshore - Stuart Reid
Nothing much new to report the Kings are good but moving daily from inshore to offshore . Bait is very easy at the moment but you will go better with smaller bait jigs as they can be picky.
Oceanhunter Sportfishing - Vic Levett
Plenty going on at the moment. Snapper , Trag , Pearl Perch, Mulloway and Kingfish all biting well on the offshore reefs. Heaps of bait inshore . Deep dropping well worth the effort.
